We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once an order is placed, we are usually unable to alter or cancel it at this time unless you send a written email to one of our team members explaining the reason for return. Please note: The 14-day cancellation period starts the day the goods are in the physical possession of the consumer. The mattress bag has to be fully sealed and unopened. Also, the mattress cannot have been slept on as the manufacturer will refuse to take it back, due to hygiene reasons.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping will be applied at £79.99.

While we do not currently offer shipping to other countries or regions, we're dedicated to ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for those within our shipping range. How long will it take to receive my order?

We will aim to deliver your new mattress to you as quickly as possible and following an order we will provide you with an estimated delivery time given by the manufacturer. We are unable to guarantee delivery times as these are only estimates from the manufacturers. However, as a guide we usually advertise up to 14 working days until your new mattress arrives. Please be aware our customer service team will keep you up to date with your delivery.

Yes! We offer an eco-friendly, hassle-free service which will help dispose your old mattress as part of our removal and recycling initiative. We charge a small non-profit fee of just £39.99 to dispose of your old mattress. Simply add this shipping option to checkout when you buy your new mattress and we’ll take your old one away at the same time as your new one is delivered! This cost covers the complete transportation costs, recycling fees & processing costs of your old mattress. Eliminate the hassle of arranging recycling separately. ♻️

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

If your purchase develops a manufacturing fault then you must email us with a description of the fault and images which we will forward to the manufacturers because they will ultimately decide whether it is a genuine manufacturing fault or not. In such cases the manufacturers will either offer you a repair or replacement. Please note that you will have to arrange & pay for any collection or delivery costs involved along this process. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging & must be fully secured. Please take note any item that is deemed by the manufacturers as incorrectly used, soiled or damaged will not be repaired or replaced. The 365 days guarantee is not transferable.
