The fee charged of £39.99 is a non-profit amount that covers the complete transportation costs, recycling fees & overall processing costs of the mattress. You’ll see this fee at checkout when selecting shipping options.
Please note that acceptance of mattresses is discretionary. Our drivers cannot take mattresses that are discarded outside, heavily soiled or infested with bugs. Additionally, if you change your mind and want your old mattress back we cannot return it once it’s been handed over to our couriers for disposal.
