We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your mattress to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The mattress must be returned in the same condition in which it was received with the bag fully sealed and unopened. Also, the mattress cannot have been slept on as the manufacturer will refuse to take it back, due to hygiene reasons. Hence the reason why we do NOT offer our customers sleep trials.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping will be applied at £79.99 + 10% Admin fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return confirmation email, as well as instructions on when our third party couriers will arrive at your address to pickup the mattress. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
